Carlyle Residences Celebration

The newest additions to Celebration are the Carlyle Residences Celebration, two condominium communities located in downtown Celebration.  The Carlyle Residences Celebration will be building two complexes within easy walking distance to downtown Celebration restaurants, shops and Lakeside Park.

The Carlyle Condos are being constructed by Issa Homes in current parking facilities at Sycamore Street and Celebration Avenue to the north of downtown and Campus Street and Celebration Avenue to the south of downtown Celebration, Florida.  Floor plans range in size from 1100 to 2058 square feet.

Most of the units were sold during an original lottery process that ordered interested buyers based on their number in the lottery.  The reservation and contracting from lottery participants is over and a few condo unit remain.  These units are the largest units and are two story condominiums.
